I earned my medical degree at Bastyr University in 2003. I chose my preceptors carefully and took specific electives to create a focus on Women's Health. My passion for treating women's health conditions has always been strong, as I see myself in daughters, mothers, grandmothers, and friends from all walks of life. Women face a unique set of challenges, stresses, and health conditions that have historically been trivialized. It is my mission as a naturopathic doctor and Women's Health Specialist to make every woman feel heard and to help her live her best life, whatever that looks like.
I have successfully treated and managed hormonal conditions such as PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, Hashimoto's, perimenopause, and menopause. I specialize in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and am a HAES practitioner committed to supporting women in all body sizes. I love a challenge, so I'm ready to tackle anything I haven't heard of too!

In my 'off time', I am a mother of 3 children, from whom I have learned a lot about love, life, stress, and patience. I enjoy reading, walking my dog and hanging out with my family and girlfriends.
